    A successful manager is always looking for new ways to communicate with employees, and here are just a few ways that many businesses talk to their staff.


    1- Make a recorded message. Managers and directors can create daily or weekly announcement messages to be sent out to all employees. If you work in school you can send out monthly recorded messages to teachers pertaining to topics that may be interesting. And you can also send weekly announcements to parents of students.

    2-Put announcements throughout the company via television. These televisions can be placed in break rooms, cafeterias, and other areas where employees congregate. This strategy can be used for general announcements as well as for special programming that focuses on career development, developments within the corporation, and announcements of the impact the corporation is having on the world.

They can be made with a standard computer and printer and copied cheaply on the company copy machine or sent out to the printers to be copied. These booklets communicate with employees about issues like customer service, employee benefits, and maximizing productivity.

    Written Communication

    1. Use different formats of written communication effectively such as memos / letters/ faxs / reports / completed forms
    2. Plan & write effective memorandums, letters & reports
    3. Proof read & edits other’s written communication
    4. Produce a written report with findings and recommendations
    5. Coach others in using effective written communication

    Electronic Communication (E- communication)

    1. Use and select the most appropriate method of electronic communication electronic communication (e-mail, fax, text messages, radio, telephone, etc.)
    2. Use written communication effectively
    3. Explain how to different electronic communication tools
    4. Trouble shoots e-communication problems
    5. Coach others in effective selection and use of electronic communication
    6. Evaluate the effectiveness of e-communication usage
